# Flag and filter transactions on the Accounting page

October 20, 2026

### Flag and filter transactions on the Accounting page

Flag a transaction right from Accounting Transactions to come back to it later, then filter the list to flagged or unflagged rows. You can also filter to credits or debits, so refunds and other money coming in are easy to pull out on their own.

## New

- Breezeway work orders show a Report link to the task's public report, and templates can include it.

## Improved

- Edit markup on each line when creating work orders in bulk or sending them to your PMS in bulk, with the markup source shown under each line.

## Fixed

- Fixed merchant markup being ignored on work order items. An explicit 0% now bills at cost.
- Fixed "Mark as Paid" not appearing on unpaid reservations in owner statements.
- Fixed empty Bill To groups staying on screen after merging work order items.
- Fixed a crash when resuming a bulk work order that has per-item additional fields.
- Fixed Available balance showing only the first of several same-day check deposits until another transaction arrived.
- Fixed invoice PDFs failing to process when a page-count check errored.
- Fixed shipping rows in Excel invoices being dropped or shifted out of line with their headers.
