# Fill inventory receivings from an uploaded receipt

October 26, 2026

### Fill inventory receivings from a receipt

Receiving a delivery no longer means typing every line by hand. Upload or photograph the receipt, check the lines Topkey reads from it, and confirm. Quantities and costs land in inventory ready to use.

## New

- Accounting details on a transaction show when a merchant rule was applied, with a link to edit the rule.
- Owner Revenue rows show a count of open to-dos.
- Guesty connections have a default expense share option in the integration settings.
- New self-serve accounts get a setup guide that shows the next step.

## Improved

- Accounting settings show a Save bar that stays visible after a change.
- Paid bills that have not synced to accounting can have their due date edited.
- The reservation deposits trust account is shown as Advanced Deposits.
- Work order payments explain why an archived attached bill can't be paid.
- The line item workbook opens faster on bills with many line items.
- Send to PMS runs faster for large batches of work orders.
- Downloads start right away instead of waiting for the whole file.

## Fixed

- Fixed filter dropdowns showing options from an earlier search.
- Fixed reservation search by exact code returning nothing while a date filter was applied.
- Fixed the Bills status tabs timing out on accounts with many bills.
- Fixed Owner Statements onboarding being blocked by properties with no owner assigned.
- Fixed automatic classifications not being applied after trust onboarding.
- Fixed bills being sent to Sage Intacct twice.
- Fixed connected bank accounts showing the wrong last four digits.
- Fixed an error on accounting settings when a connection needed to be reconnected. It now asks you to reconnect.
- And 2 more fixes.
