# Open transactions and bills with one click

October 27, 2026

### Click a row to open it, edit a field from its cell

On Transactions and Bills, clicking anywhere on a row now opens the record, and Enter or a middle-click work too. To change just the merchant rule, property, category or GL code, hover over the cell and use the small button that appears. Tables are also easier on the eye: rows have a little more room, hover and selection colors are softer, and the bar for selected rows floats over the table with a button to clear the selection.

## Improved

- Bulk Send to PMS closes the form right away and shows a progress link, so you don't have to wait while each work order is saved.
- The Reservations summary shows overpaid amounts in their own badge, so one reservation's overpayment never hides another's shortfall.
- Sage Intacct companies with more than 2,000 vendors, customers or GL accounts import all of them.
- The Cardholder filter lists only cardholders with a usable card when Show inactive is off, and keeps your selection when you switch it.
- Guesty expenses set to "Owner pays to Vendor" check for a Guesty vendor before saving and explain what to change.
- Reconciliation onboarding names the bank account and says what to do when an account is deleted or taken out of reconciliation after you submit.
