# Pin bills and transactions, and pause autopay on recurring bills

October 28, 2026

### Pin bills and transactions to come back to later

Click Pin on any bill or transaction and it goes into My pins in the sidebar. Open it again from there, and click Unpin when you're done. Each person has their own list, and a record shows which teammates pinned it.

### Pause automatic payments on recurring bills

On an approved recurring bill template, open the Details tab and click Pause automatic payments. Bills keep arriving on schedule for you to pay yourself, and the payment account stays saved. Click Resume automatic payments to start again. Bills created during the pause stay for you to pay.

## Improved

- Bills Topkey pays by ACH now show the bank transaction that paid them, and that transaction shows its bill and syncs to accounting with it.
- If an integration stops syncing, Topkey pauses it, tells the people who manage integrations, and adds Reconnect and Test connection to its page. Reconnecting keeps the integration's settings and mappings.
- AI property suggestions on a bill stay on screen after you save the Accounting tab.
- Amazon charges with no matching order show the usual receipt upload after seven days, so you can add the receipt yourself.
- Improved the reconciliation bank accounts page so accounts that come back after a reconnect appear there, ready to turn on.
