# Owner revenue summaries and a default date range for Transactions

November 3, 2026

### See each owner's revenue on their page

Each owner's page now has a Revenue Summary built from their owner statements. It shows gross revenue, commission and owner net by property for this month, last month, this year, last year or a custom range. Each total opens the statements behind it, so you can check a figure in one click.

### Open Transactions on the date range you choose

Pick a Default date range under Display on Transactions, such as All, and every visit opens on it. Older uncoded or unapproved transactions stay in view, and you stop resetting the filter each time. A date filter in a shared link still takes priority.

## New

- Set the owner and PM split by hand on a single reservation item, and the reservation stays linked to your PMS.
- Step through Revenue Pipeline reservations with Previous and Next or the J and K keys, and use Post and Next to move on after posting.
- Cancel automatic payments on a recurring bill, and new bills from it keep arriving for manual payment.
- Link a bill to a bank withdrawal in Reconciliation even after it was coded, and see which line items the bill replaces before you link.
- Cardholders can split a purchase evenly across properties or property groups from the mobile receipt form.
- OwnerRez accounts can pick a default expense category that Topkey fills in on every new expense.

## Improved

- The Owner Statements setup page lists the owners it leaves out, with the reason and a link to each owner.
- Transactions shows how many transactions match your filters in the footer, next to the page number.
- Improved comment threads, with reply, react, edit and delete in a small toolbar that appears on hover.
- On the mobile receipt form, I'm Done names any required field still missing so cardholders finish each transaction complete.
- Transactions show Complete as soon as you attach a work order, and update when a category stops requiring one.
- Delete a vendor address that only paid bills use, and those bills keep showing the address they were paid to.
- Bill payments synced to Sage Intacct carry the Topkey payment ID, so you can match each one to its bank line.
