# Recurring bills show how their automatic payments are set up

November 5, 2026

### See how each recurring bill gets paid

Each recurring bill template now has an Automatic payments card that shows the payment method, the bank account Topkey pays from, where the money or check goes and when Topkey pays. If the vendor is missing bank details or a mailing address, the card says so and links to the vendor page. Topkey pays every template by the method on the card, and a bill it skips shows the reason.

### Attach expenses to Conduit tasks

Conduit is now in the integration catalog. Topkey imports your Conduit properties and the last 90 days of operations tasks as work orders, so you can attach card transactions and bills to them. When you attach an expense, Topkey adds a link to it in the Conduit task's description.

## New

- Create bills from Breezeway work orders with the vendor's invoice PDF already attached, using the new With Invoice From Breezeway option under Create Bills.

## Improved

- Bills with one line item and card transactions with one split open that item ready to edit until it has a category.
- You can drag a table column by its label even when the label sorts the column, starting with Accounting Bills.
- Track Work Orders with Charge can be $0, so inspections show in the owner's Track activity with no charge posted.
- Improved the Accounting Category on bills, which shows the saved GL's code and name and marks an inactive GL as Archived.
- Each expense's Sync Receipts to OwnerRez box starts at your connection's setting, and you can send one expense's receipt even with the setting off.
