# Find paid bills that still need a bank transaction

November 6, 2026

### Find paid bills that still need a bank transaction

Filter the bill list by Needs Transaction Link to see bills marked paid from a connected bank account that have no bank transaction linked yet. For each one, link the transaction, or click Paid Elsewhere when the money left from an account Topkey doesn't see, and the bill drops off the list. The month-end close board also counts these bills, without holding up the lock.

### A clearer owner balance on owner statements

The owner balance now shows the month's owner payouts on their own line, right after the opening balance, with funds received for the owner on a separate line. Operating result is now called Net income. In the PDF, owner cash moves to the end of the detail, and the summary stays on page one.

## Improved

- Post a reservation from the Revenue Pipeline and stay on it with the new Post button, next to Post and Next.
- The reconciliation transaction panel now shows the suggested bill first, labeled Bill to Owner and Bill to Corporate, then Use line items, then categories.
- Improved the Bills All tab with the Payment Status filter, so you can combine it with Vendor and date filters.
- In Create Multiple Work Orders for Streamline, one checkbox in the Combine all fees header checks or unchecks every row.
- Streamline settings now say Import only selected property groups, and Properties shows a reminder when that setting is on with no group picked.
- Work orders imported from Streamline now arrive with Streamline's vendor, and Topkey shows a note when saving would replace it.
- Amazon Business charges keep the cardholder's property, category and GL code when Topkey splits them into line items.
- Turning on a bank account for reconciliation now sets up its months and matches payouts already imported within a few minutes.
