The Sales Development Representative will drive Topkey’s growth by owning top-of-funnel outreach, cold calling and emailing, booking qualified meetings, and becoming an expert in our customers, product, and pitch.

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will lead the development of core features across Topkey’s Rails monolith, collaborating closely with product, design, and support teams to deliver seamless fintech solutions.

The Customer Success Associate will onboard and support customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Topkey, while working closely with the Head of Customer Success and internal teams to improve retention, gather feedback, and enhance the customer experience.

The Financial Technology Consultant will work directly with our customers as well as our Head of Technology Consulting, founders, and engineering to ensure successful adoption of Topkey, while serving as a strategic partner to high-value customers and shaping the future of our product.

The Account Executive will drive Topkey’s sales efforts by prospecting, engaging potential customers, and closing deals, working closely with the CEO, Head of Demand Generation, and fellow Account Executive to expand our pipeline and refine our sales motion.
