ACH Authorization Notice

Notice of Topkey, Inc. ACH Repayment Opt-in

This authorization allows Topkey, Inc. (“Topkey”, “we”, or “us”) to debit your bank account for certain fees and charges associated with your (the “Customer”, “you”, or “your) use of the Topkey services. 

Any terms not defined here will have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement for the Use of Topkey Expense Management and Corporate Card Platform (the “Agreement”) already signed between Topkey and Customer. 

By checking the provided opt-in checkbox on our website, you acknowledge and agree the following:

1. Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and affirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to the terms of your signed Agreement with Topkey.

2. Authorization: As per your Agreement, you authorize Topkey to initiate Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions from your linked bank account that you have previously provided to Topkey (the “Linked Bank Account”) on the 1st day of every month for the current calendar month’s access to the services including the Platform Fee for using Topkey's Expense Management and Visa Corporate Card Service, if applicable. 

3. Platform Fee: The exact amount of the Platform Fee to be debited from your Linked Bank Account each month is as specified in your signed Agreement with Topkey or may be provided to you separately if it varies from the amount in your Agreement.

4. Responsibility: You accept the responsibility of ensuring sufficient funds are maintained in your Linked Bank Account to cover the monthly Platform Fee as stipulated in your Agreement.

Please note that this opt-in serves as an acknowledgment of the terms within your Agreement. It does not supersede or replace your signed Agreement with Topkey. The original agreement remains the authoritative document outlining the terms of your relationship with Topkey.
