Aidan Groll is the co-founder of Blue Gems Management, an Orlando-based vacation rental management company that has quickly grown to oversee 110+ properties across top destinations around the country. Originally a real estate investor, Aidan and his co-founders pivoted to short-term rentals in late 2021, scaling Blue Gems into a tech-enabled, remote-first operation. With a background in corporate accounting, Aidan has played a key role in optimizing Blue Gems’ financial operations, ensuring efficiency as the company expands.

Nicole Levesque is the founder and principal of Dragonfly Accounting, providing specialized accounting and financial services to property managers and short-term rental owners. A licensed CPA in Virginia with a Master’s in Accounting, Nicole brings over a decade of experience in accounting and deep industry knowledge. Beyond her accounting expertise, Nicole is a part-owner of a property management company in Central Virginia and owns multiple short-term rentals. When she’s not working, Nicole enjoys traveling and spending time with her partner, Ralph, and their dog, Einstein, who often accompany her on adventures.
