Yes—using Xero Tracking Categories. Xero allows up to four total categories but only two active at once; Topkey maps properties to one category and (optionally) departments/regions to the second, so you preserve dimensional reporting.

Do receipts get attached to bills?

Yes. Xero’s Accounting API supports attachments on invoices/bills, and Topkey includes receipts so reviews happen in one place.

Any limitations I should know?

The “two active tracking categories” limit is a Xero platform constraint; Topkey helps you design mappings that still deliver useful reporting within that boundary.

What about performance and rate limits?
