Get a daily email when you're mentioned
When a teammate @-mentions you in a comment on a bill or transaction, you now get a daily Comment Activity email with any mentions and replies you have not read yet. It only arrives on days you have something unread, at 8am your time. You can change the time or turn it off in Email Digests.
Turn a comment into an ask
Mark a comment as an ask, and each person you tag gets their own done checkbox. Asks still waiting on you appear in a new Open tab in Messages, and the Sent tab shows who has not finished yours.

- Request missing information for several transactions, bills or work orders at once from the table checkboxes.
- Work order assignment rules can match on the Breezeway assignees of a task and fill in PMS fields such as Guesty Category.

- The focused edit screen for bills and transactions has a cleaner, shared header.
- GL Code Rules can match on task template and assignee, the same as work order assignment rules.
- Breezeway comments and sync on work orders load in the background, so the page no longer waits on Breezeway.
- The Pending sync filter on Transactions and Bills includes transactions that do not have a work order yet.
Fixed
- Fixed deleted Breezeway lines on work orders being impossible to restore, and Sync leaving them out. The original lines stay collapsed until you expand them.
- Fixed merging Breezeway items on a Streamline work order dropping the invoice and adding a $0 charge.
- Fixed TrackPay deposits entered late in Track not matching their reservations.
- Fixed Sage bills and card transactions changed in Sage not updating their unsent work orders.
- Fixed Guesty properties syncing with no owner when the owner was inactive.
- Fixed property spending totals leaving out transactions dated after midnight on the last day of the range.
- Fixed HEIC photos failing to convert on upload.
- Fixed a markup on a bill line not reaching the owner charge.
