Flag reconciliation transactions and comment on reservations

October 30, 2026

Flag transactions that need the client's answer

In Reconciliation, click the flag on a transaction row or in its details and add an optional comment saying why. The comment goes into the transaction's thread with a flag icon, so your team sees who flagged it and why. Filter the list to Flagged to follow up on every open question before you close the period.

Comment on reservations and mention teammates

Reservations in Reconciliation and the Revenue Pipeline now have their own comment thread, so decisions stay with the reservation through statement review. Mention a teammate to send them a notification in Messages, and they can reply on the reservation itself. Expense details show the thread of the bill or transaction they came from.

New

  • Copy link, next to the filters on list pages, copies the page with its filters, sort and open custom view so a teammate can open the same list.
  • Choose how often Topkey syncs your Ramp cards under Card sync frequency in the Ramp integration settings. Pick Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Manual.

Improved

  • Card details now end with Freeze card and one Actions menu, with actions that can't be undone in red at the bottom.
  • The Paid on column in Bills shows the time as well as the date, so you can pick out bills marked paid in one batch.
  • Pick No Category under Bill/Assign To on Bill Pay to see every bill that has no category yet.
  • You can delete a vendor address used only on bills paid by ACH, wire, card or marked paid by hand, while addresses on unpaid or check-paid bills stay protected.
  • Each Guesty expense starts with Sync Receipts set from your account setting, and you can change it for that one expense.
  • Dashboard spending widgets link to Transactions by period, such as Last month, so a bookmarked link stays current.
  • Search for Reminders in the command palette to jump to its settings.
  • The setup guide now counts linking banks held outside Topkey as a required step.
