As our accountant, Kristina keeps the back office running like a well-oiled machine. Kristina handles accounts payable, receivables, payroll, invoicing, and benefit onboarding for the entire team—including insurance, retirement plans, and more. She’s also the right-hand woman to our CEO, Hunter Harrelson, serving as his Executive Assistant and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. But beyond the spreadsheets, she’s also known as “Mama of the BEACHBALLERS”—the one who always knows what’s needed, when it’s needed, and where to find it.

Kyle Holmes brings over 15 years of experience in service and hospitality, with a career spanning luxury hospitality, vacation rental operations, and technology. He spent time at Marriott in multiple guest‑facing roles, including serving as a golf professional, and also brings firsthand restaurant industry experience, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of high‑touch service environments. As a former vacation rental manager, Kyle understands the operational complexities of the industry from the ground up. During his years at Streamline Vacation Rental Software, he has applied that experience to sales engineering, consulting, and relationship‑driven growth, helping property managers align their operational needs with the right technology solutions while maintaining a strong focus on guest and owner experience.

Darren Carter is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Topkey, the leading platform for helping property managers automate their finances. Before joining Topkey, he spent over 13 years at various technology companies, specializing in fintech and startups, including founding and selling his own company in 2020. He lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife, puppy, and baby daughter.
